In recent weeks, you may have noticed we’ve been off travelling on our summer adventures.
Everyone knows that a great adventure needs the perfect luggage and I’m a little bit jealous of Flea, who has been carrying her essentials this summer in this amazing rocket-themed kids’ jetpack from Harry and Jack’s. Isn’t it cute?
Often, I find that items aimed at small kids can be less than robust, but I’m pleased to report that this little backpack has survived planes, cars, rivers, hikes and more in the last few weeks. It’s big enough to be useful, small enough to be portable.
The main backpack is big enough to carry Flea’s iPad and a couple of books, along with a picnic lunch – while the two ‘rockets’ on the front can hold smaller items. The velcro and zip fastenings are good and secure, and simple enough for younger kids – although Flea, at almost 10, still thinks the design is “pretty cool”.
There’s a nice drawstring pouch on the side that will easily hold a water bottle, making it accessible during play, and I liked the reflective strips, which will make her more visible during the winter months. There’s also a wrist strap that younger children can put on, which is “rocket” themed for play.
We’ve got one more Harry and Jack’s JETPACK to give away to a reader of Who’s the Mummy? It’s a lovely item for kids aged 3+ and to enter, all you need to do is comment on this post telling me what your child would carry in their jetpack – then complete the Rafflecopter widget (bonus entries are available).
Entry is open to UK residents aged 18+ and one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after midnight on the closing date of August 26th 2015.Winner will be contacted via email and details available on this page within 7 days of the closing date.
