It’s no secret that I’m a lover of great TV shows.
Over the past few days, I’ve been sharing 40 of my favourite box sets – but of course, content’s only as good as the tech you’re watching it on.
A few months back, I visited the IFA trade show in Berlin as part of the Viera VIP Club and got to see some seriously swish new 4K OLED televisions, and the new Panasonic Viera range of televisions, which you can check out over on the Panasonic website.
Many of the new models feature 4K pro technology as standard, allowing content to be viewed in four times as many pixels as full HD. The new Viera interface, built on Mozilla, makes navigation much easier, and the new range is also the first to offer Freeview Play. This service allows viewers to stream Freeview programmes from the Internet using the familiar TV guide rewind facility.
My current TV is a Panasonic and I’ve no need quite yet to upgrade, but the models are impressive – I especially love how great they are at displaying dark colours and scenes, which often seem grey on current television sets. We also use a soundbar on our TV, which is a fantastic way to bump up the sound quality without needing lots of space or multiple speakers.
This month, I’m teaming up with Panasonic to give away a brand new Panasonic soundbar worth £155, meaning you’ll be able to watch TV with the highest quality of sound.
The Panasonic SC-HTB485EBK Sound Bar is a 2.1-channel high-quality sound system which produces a rich sound field and crisp, clear dialogue. It comes with a wireless subwoofer and its Music Sound Mode optimises music listening. Without taking up too much space, you can enjoy movies, TV and music videos with lifelike acoustic ambiance and the clearest of sounds.
To be in with a chance of winning this fab Panasonic Sound Bar, just leave a comment answering the following question:
